Marc Prasch has an extensive work experience history in the banking industry. Marc started their career at Bank One (Chase) in 1994 as a Relationship Banker and stayed with the company until 1999. From 1999 to 2004, Marc worked at First Federal Savings Bank, where they held various roles including Banking Center Manager and Bank Sales Manager. Marc then became the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking from 2006 to 2015 at the same bank. In 2015, Marc joined First Capital Bank of Kentucky as the SVP of Retail Banking until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Abound Credit Union, initially serving as the Chief Member Experience & Operations Officer before being promoted to the Chief Operating Officer.
Marc Prasch obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from an unknown institution between 1998 and 2001. In 2003, they attended the Kentucky Bankers Association's General Banking School. In 2007, they completed the Disney Institute Business Program. Marc also has various certifications in areas such as leadership, sales, and management, obtained between 2000 and 2011 from institutions such as Dave Ramsey, The John Maxwell Company, and SkillPath Seminars.
