Ray Springsteen has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on credit unions. Ray began their career in 1993 at Callahan & Associates, where they held various marketing and sales positions until 2000 when they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development. In 2001, they joined Service Credit Union as the Senior Vice President of Member Services, a position they held for six years. Ray then moved on to Callahan & Associates again in 2007, this time as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2009, they joined Abound Credit Union as the Senior Vice President, and quickly rose to the position of Executive Vice President in 2012 and ultimately became President and CEO in 2014. Throughout their career, Ray has demonstrated strong leadership and a focus on business development and member services.
Ray Springsteen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business, which they attended from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1992, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Old Dominion University.
