Karthik Ethiraj is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at Persistent Systems since 2018, Karthik is focused on support structuring, implementation, and continuous development, while enhancing the experience of clients, customers, and personnel. Karthik also works as a Technical Support Team Lead at Above Solutions INC since September 2012, where responsibilities include knowledge transfer, SLA discussions, ticketing system setup, and client interactions.
