Larry McDonald has extensive experience in the field of technical support and operations, with a career spanning from 1983 to 2023. Notable positions include Technical Support Manager at Newbridge Networks/UB Networks and Ungermann-Bass, as well as Manager of Technical Services at Enterprise Networking Systems. Larry held the role of Director of Technical Support at both ISP Channel and SoftNet Systems from 1998 to 2001, and has since contributed to IP Operations and Policy Enforcement at Zayo Group and AboveNet.
