Jason Windsor is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer at abrdn since October 2023, Jason previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Persimmon Homes from July 2022 to September 2023. Jason's career at Aviva spanned over a decade, where roles included Group CFO and various senior leadership positions overseeing strategic management, capital investments, M&A, and financial planning. Prior experience includes a tenure at Morgan Stanley as Managing Director, advising a range of clients on M&A and capital strategies, as well as an early role as a Research Engineer at bp. Jason holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
