Rez Khan

Rez Khan has a diverse work experience and has held various roles in different companies. Starting from 2010, Rez worked as a Software Engineer at Arcadia. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Research Scientist at Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, focusing on designing soft-magnetic materials. From 2013 to 2018, Rez was involved in AppNexus, initially as a Product Manager and later as a Manager in Solutions Engineering. They played a key role in scaling the company and building machine-learning products for advertisers. Rez then joined MongoDB in 2018 as a Manager of Cloud Product Management, where they managed a team responsible for post-acquisition user journey and new verticals. In 2021, Rez co-founded Pace, where they served as the Chief Product Officer, focusing on reimagining enterprise software. In 2023, Rez held positions as a Venture Scout at Bain Capital Ventures, investing in pre-seed and seed stage startups, and as a Venture Capitalist at Claridge Ventures, leading tech investments. Rez also served as the VP of Products at Abridge in 2023.
