Kostas joined Abry in 2012. He is responsible for all of the firm’s legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining Abry, Kostas was an attorney at the law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where he counseled and represented public and private companies, investment advisors, private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, and investment companies, in all aspects of activities, and transactions. Kostas earned a BS, magna cum laude, in Finance from Boston College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where he served as an editor on the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and as an invited member of the Moot Court Honor Board. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
