Richard Campbell has extensive work experience in human resources, starting as a Senior HR Consultant at Applied Materials in 1996. Richard then worked as an HR Manager at Cadence Design Systems from 1998 to 2003, followed by a role as HR & Site Operations Director at think3. In 2004, they joined CUNA Mutual Group as a Vice President, responsible for delivering HR business solutions and serving as a trusted partner to executives. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Glanbia Nutritionals. Currently, Richard is the Global Head of HR at ABS Global since 2018.
Richard Campbell attended The University of Edinburgh from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Scandinavian Studies and earned an MA (Hons) degree. In 1992-1993, they were awarded an ERASMUS scholarship and studied at Linköping University, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in Edinburgh Napier University in 1994-1995 and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (PgD) in HR Management.
