Patrick Harris

Patrick Harris is a seasoned marine engineering professional with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as a Senior Surveyor at the American Bureau of Shipping since September 2018, Patrick has previously held key positions including Director of Operations at the Pilots Association for the Bay & River Delaware from March 2015 to August 2018, and Technical Superintendent at Overseas Shipholding Group from June 2007 to March 2015. Patrick's career in the field began at ABS and affiliated companies where a role as Senior Surveyor lasted from 1997 to 2007. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, earned between 1981 and 1985.
