Erin Kay is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, operations management, and team leadership. Currently serving as an Accounting Assistant at Absolute Storage Management since August 2020, Erin previously held roles such as Senior Client Services Representative and Community Manager at Regus from July 2013 to August 2020. Erin's extensive experience also includes serving as District Manager for Olan Mills in Chicago and Northern Indiana, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, brand marketing, customer relations, and performance management. Erin began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Toys R Us before advancing to management positions. Erin holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising from The University of Memphis.
