Himanshu Aggarwal

Himanshu Aggarwal is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategy and technology. Since April 2020, Himanshu has served as the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Chief Growth Officer at SHL Group, following the acquisition of Aspiring Minds, where Himanshu is a co-founder and CEO since May 2008. Additionally, Himanshu holds advisory and investment roles in multiple companies, including Zenergize, Naxatra Labs, Pepper Farms, Cell Propulsion, and Absolute®. An angel investor in firms such as Wysa and RudderStack, Himanshu has a strong background in evaluating human capital through innovative assessment products. Educational qualifications include a BTECH in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in 2001, complemented by foundational education at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
