Caroline H. Watson has extensive experience in environmental analysis and education, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Abt Global since July 2020, following a role as an Analyst. Previously, Caroline worked as a contractor at Sound Rivers, Inc., auditing development ordinances for green infrastructure in Wake County, NC. Caroline's analytical skills were further demonstrated during a Master's project with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, where data analysis on nutrient thresholds in lakes was conducted. Additional experience includes teaching assistance at Duke University, a river conservation internship with American Rivers, and various roles in recruitment and education, including at the World Wildlife Fund and as an English Teaching Assistant in France. Caroline holds a Master of Environmental Management focused on Water Resource Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Bates College.
