Teresa Doksum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research ethics and quality management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality and Research Ethics at Abt Associates since July 2009, Teresa has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Research Ethics and Institutional Review Board Administrator. As the owner of Doksum Consulting since October 2008, Teresa has also contributed academically as an instructor of Health Policy at Simmons School of Management from 2010 to 2012. Prior roles include Associate Director at both the Center for Multicultural Mental Health Research and Cambridge Health Alliance, as well as Senior Associate at Abt Associates Inc. and Senior Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. Teresa holds a PhD in Health Services Research from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, an MPH in Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and an AB in Psychology from Stanford University.
