ABYAT
Abeer W. has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2005 with Ipsos as a Sr. Human Resources professional. In this role, they reported to the Managing Director and Regional HR Manager and consulted with managerial and supervisory personnel. Abeer was responsible for issuing and updating internal regulations with the labor law in Kuwait.
In 2010, Abeer joined ABYAT as the Human Resources Head - Regional (GCC). Abeer played a key role in designing HR policies and procedures, establishing HR processes and workflow, and creating HR SOPs. Abeer built the compensation and benefits matrix, managed the organization structure, and led a regional project for employee master data. Abeer also released the first version of the Employee’s Handbook and received recognition from Internal Audit for the highest accuracy of HR procedure compliance.
Abeer W. has a P- Master degree in Engineering from Cairo University. Abeer has also obtained additional certifications from ACK, including a PHRI certification in February 2018 and a P- Master certification from Cairo University in September 2004.

With Kuwait as the company's launch pad, ABYAT is actively pursuing starting operations in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman over the coming 10 years. The first branch in the GCC area opened in Dammam, KSA in 2012.
