Prior roles include Group Leader at Nestlé, where Nicolas established a scientific vision for Brain Aging research and led a 10-person team through various stages of compound discovery. Nicolas has also served as a Senior Scientist at Moderna Therapeutics, where a neurology research program was developed, and as a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, identifying genetic programs influencing neural connections. Educational achievements include a PhD in Molecular Neurobiology and advanced training in healthcare innovation and management from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School.
