Erin McInnis is a seasoned professional in media operations and event coordination within the film industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Media Operations at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since January 2018, Erin coordinates press activities for high-profile events such as the Oscars and Governors Awards. Previous roles include Media Credentials Coordinator, where Erin managed press credentialing for multiple Academy events, and Press Coordinator during the COVID-19 pandemic for the 93rd Academy Awards. Erin's extensive experience also encompasses positions at various esteemed organizations, including the American Film Institute, Tribeca, and Outfest, with a proven track record of overseeing box office operations and implementing COVID-19 protocols.
