Cat joined us in September 2022 as Director of institute and brings to the our team extensive experience in leading professional development.
Most recently, Cat was Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning at The Nicholas Hamond Academy and played a pivotal role in the leadership team that moved the Academy into its current Ofsted Good rating. Cat has been working in Education for 15 years and previously had roles that included Regional Science Lead Practitioner and Director of Science.
In addition to a wealth of knowledge leading on professional development in schools, Cat also has experience delivering accredited courses including NPQs and the ECF and she holds an NPQSL and SSAT Lead Practitioner Accreditation
