As the Chief Executive Officer at Academy Xi, a leading education company that provides courses in design, technology, and business, I oversee the financial, strategic, and operational aspects of the organisation. I have more than 15 years of experience in financial management and program leadership, with a strong background in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law. I hold multiple credentials, including FCPA, FIPA, FFA, and CA, as well as a Doctoral degree from Australian Catholic University and a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School.

I am passionate about delivering quality education and empowering learners to achieve their personal and professional goals. I have successfully led and executed several initiatives to enhance the financial performance, growth, and sustainability of Academy Xi, such as securing a large contract with a major corporate client, expanding the online course offerings, and implementing a new revenue model. I also foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the organization, partnering with the CEO, the board, and the staff to align the vision, mission, and values of Academy Xi. Additionally, I am actively involved in the finance community, as a member of Finance in Tech and Finance Alliance, and as a finalist for the Australian CFO Awards in 2022 and 2023.
