Craig Turner has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Craig started their career at The Oregon Clinic as a Medical Specialist in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Craig then joined Urologic Consultants as a Medical Specialist from 2003 to 2014. In 2004, they founded and served as CEO of Ethos Surgical until 2014. After that, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Pacific University from 2015 to 2017. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at CODA, Inc as a Doctor of Medicine. Later, they joined Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation as an Associate Medical Director from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Acadia Healthcare as the Medical Director.
Craig Turner completed their education in the field of medicine, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from San Diego State University in 1989. Craig went on to obtain a Doctor of Medicine degree from UC San Diego School of Medicine, graduating in 1994. Following that, they pursued further training as a Resident in Urologic Surgery at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, completing their residency in 2000. In terms of certifications, Craig Turner is Board Certified in Urology by the American Board of Urology since 2002 and is also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM), achieved in 2017.
