Michael B.

Michael B. is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Acadian Asset Management since February 2022, Michael has previously held senior roles including Senior Vice President and Global Director of Human Resources, as well as Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Acadian Asset Management, Michael served as Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development at Continental Grain Company and held various talent acquisition roles at Bridgewater Associates. Michael began a career in human resources at the Knights of Columbus, focusing on membership growth and leadership development. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University and completion of the Executive Education Driving Leadership Potential Program at IESE Business School.
