Kyle Blackmon

Kyle Blackmon serves as the Director of Pre-Construction at Acadian Group since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in project management and estimation. Previously, Blackmon held the role of Pre-Construction Project Manager at Fairfield Residential from November 2020 to February 2022 and served as Vice President of Pre-Construction at J4 Development from July 2019 to February 2020, focusing on estimating and design coordination. Earlier career roles included Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Shreve Land Constructors, LLC, where site evaluation and materials coordination were emphasized, and Project Coordinator/Estimator at J4 Development, managing construction documentation. Blackmon began the career at Aspen Heights, advancing through various roles including QC/Warranty Manager and Traveling Turn Specialist. Educationally, Blackmon earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and Journalism from Texas A&M University in 2010.
