Klim Sotnikov

Klim Sotnikov currently serves as the Head of Business Development at Accel Club, focusing on global business acquisition, C-level negotiations, and project launches in both core and non-core sectors. Previous experience includes leading the Private Label Department at NDA Cosmetic Manufacturing, where Klim developed sales strategies, managed operations, and built strong relationships with retail executives. Klim holds a Bachelor's degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and also participated in a BA exchange program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
