Ramin Sayar

Ramin Sayar is a seasoned technology investor and executive with extensive experience in venture capital and technology leadership. As a Venture Partner at DFJ Growth since July 2024, Ramin focuses on investments in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI, and cybersecurity. Ramin also serves as an LP at SAYAR LLC, making investments across various high-tech sectors, and as an Independent Director at both Acceldata and Phreesia, contributing to business scaling and strategic oversight. Ramin's prior roles include President and CEO of Sumo Logic, where Ramin led the company to significant revenue growth and a successful public offering, and Senior Vice President at VMware, where Ramin developed a leading cloud management business. Ramin holds a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from San José State University.
