Lea Madry is an experienced nonprofit leader currently serving as Executive Director and Chief of Staff at Accelerate Change Network since August 2021. Prior roles include Chief of Staff at The Trevor Project, Director of Operations at Accelerate Change Network, and Director of Development at the National Farm to School Network. Lea also has experience as Associate Director of Development at Bottom Line and as an Associate Consultant focused on nonprofit fundraising and digital marketing at Plenty Consulting. Additionally, involvement with multiple nonprofit boards occurred from 2006 to 2015. Legal experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Chapman and Cutler LLP. Lea holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
