Aaron Barth

Aaron Barth, Ph.D., is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with a focus on improving organizational culture and learning. As the Founder and President of Dialectic since 2011, Aaron has combined scientific research with person-centered design to enhance collaboration in workplaces. In addition, Aaron founded Learning Snippets in 2020, innovating training programs for busy professionals that leverage the science of learning and behavior change. Currently serving as a mentor at the Accelerator Centre, Aaron supports startups across Canada in realizing their business innovations. Previously, Aaron held the position of Assistant Professor at Western University, teaching various philosophy courses, and contributed as a Consultant and Facilitator at 9Moves Management Consulting. Aaron holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Western University, complemented by a Masters and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Mathematics.
