Lisa Dakin-Bartels is an experienced mentor and leader in sales enablement, customer success, and learning and development. Currently serving as a Sales Enablement and Customer Success Mentor at the Accelerator Centre, Lisa focuses on supporting founders in executing sales strategies and creating scalable processes. Previously, as the Director of Sales Enablement and Operations at Resolver, Lisa led a team to enhance the sales team's effectiveness. Additional experience includes roles at Auvik Networks, Axonify, Shopify, D2L, and RIM, where Lisa developed and implemented various training and development programs. Academically, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management Studies from the University of Waterloo.
