Scott Long

Scott Long, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Compensation at AccentCare since February 2024, where responsibilities include leading the design and execution of various compensation programs, ensuring compliance and best practices for a workforce of 30,000 team members. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Sr Manager Compensation at H-E-B, managing operational compensation functions for over 145,000 team members. As Head of Compensation at Conifer Health Solutions, Scott was responsible for all compensation functions for a workforce of 10,000. Additional experience includes roles at Vizient, Inc., Celanese, and Brinker International, where Scott progressed through various compensation and HR-related positions. Scott holds a degree in Human Resources from the University of North Texas, earned between 2006 and 2010.
