Scott Bernstein began their career in 2003 as an Independent Retail Consultant, working as a Financial Analyst (Retail/Consulting) and Talent Acquisition. In 2016, they moved into full-time recruiting, taking on the role of Senior/Lead Engineering Recruiter at Accentuate Staffing. In this role, they recognized a local market opportunity for a trusted, reliable recruiting resource, and recruited in the engineering, accounting, information technology, scientific/clinical research, office professional, and human resource market niches. In 2017, they became a Real Estate Referral Agent at Fathom Realty.
Scott Bernstein attended Syracuse University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a B.S. in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
