Andy Mortland

Andy Mortland is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in product development and software engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Accertify, Inc. since May 2007, Mortland oversees a team of 12-15 developers, focusing on product strategy, resource planning, hiring, project management, and design reviews. Previously held roles include Director of Software Development and Lead Technical Architect for Front End at Accertify, as well as Java Technical Architect at Zurich North America and Senior Java Consultant at Universal Access. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Tellabs and Who2Trust.com, as well as a Software Engineer position at Motorola, Inc. Mortland holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
