Ann Armstrong

Ann Armstrong is an accomplished social worker currently serving as a LSW Care Coordinator at Access Community Health Network since April 2023. Prior to this role, Armstrong worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America as a social worker from October 2021 to April 2023 and at Family Horizons Counseling PLLC as a social worker from March 2021 to January 2022.
