Phyllis Martin

Phyllis Martin has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Access Community Health Network since 2009, where responsibilities include performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at the Girl Scouts, Hornets' Nest Council, and Human Resources Generalist at Alexander Youth Network, emphasizing recruitment and employee relations. Martin also served as Associate Director of Human Resources at the Alzheimer's Association, providing HR consultation and support, and as Director of Recruitment at Rush Medical Center, overseeing the recruitment of over 8,000 employees. Martin holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Roosevelt University and relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2004.
