Ramesh Parasuraman

Ramesh Parasuraman has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as a Level 3 Technical Support and Voice Network Engineer at Access Healthcare Services since February 2022, specializing in VoIP engineering and NOC support. Prior to this role, Ramesh worked as a VoIP Network Engineer at VIVA Digitally from July 2015 to February 2022, and briefly in Customer Service Management at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from November 2014 to July 2015. Ramesh holds a B.Tech degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Tagore Engineering College, completed in June 2013, and has completed both secondary and higher secondary education focusing on computer science in Mumbai.
