Jared Cain has extensive experience in technical support and network operations, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Siemens since January 2019 and previously holding dual roles as a NOC Technician and Tier 2 Support at Access Media 3 since August 2013. Education includes an Associate of Science in General Studies from Triton College, along with studies in Civil Engineering at Bradley University from 2008 to 2009.
