Friederike Moellers has a strong background in microfinance and banking. Friederike started their career as a Credit Consultant at AccessBank Tanzania in 2009. Friederike then moved on to AccessBank Liberia, where they served as Branch Manager and Head of Micro Credits from 2009 to 2011. After that, they joined AccèsBanque Madagascar as the Credit Manager/Deputy CEO, where they managed the bank's loan portfolio and implemented credit procedures during a severe economic crisis. In 2013, they transitioned to Access Microfinance Holding AG as the AccessCampus Manager until 2017. Friederike went on to become the Interim CEO at AccessBank Liberia for a brief period in 2016.
