Kamila Ubaydullaeva

Kamila Ubaydullaeva's work experience started in 2006 at Tashkent Psychoneurologic Dispensary #2 where they worked as a part-time legal consultant. Kamila then moved on to Mirada Software where they served as a project manager, managing a cross-functional team and overseeing the development of multiple websites. In 2009, Kamila joined Berkano plus as an IT project manager and communications manager, handling client software development projects and managing B2B and B2C accounts. Kamila also worked part-time as a legal adviser at Tashkent Nephrology Center during this time. Kamila contributed to several magazines including L'Officiel Central Asia, Snob Collection magazine, and Bella Terra magazine. Kamila held the role of contributing editor at Snob Collection magazine and contributed articles as well as performed editorial reviews. At Blue Fountain Media, Kamila worked as a senior IT project manager for three years and managed a large portfolio of online projects. Kamila developed and implemented project development plans and ensured digital solutions were delivered within the budget and time requirements. As a freelance IT consultant under their self-employed consulting business, Kamila helped clients meet changing demands by performing BPR analysis and generating reports detailing findings and recommendations. Their most recent position is as a product manager at Access Softek, where they have designed and managed product roadmaps, performed feature prioritization through data analysis, and created development plans with clear objectives and timelines.

Kamila Ubaydullaeva's education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Law from The University of World Economy and Diplomacy, which occurred between 2001 and 2006. Kamila then pursued further education and earned a degree in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, during the period of 2011 to 2013. Lastly, Kamila enrolled in the University of London from 2022 to 2027 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Additionally, they acquired a certification as a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020.
