Joan has also directed compliance initiatives at East Carolina University for the Brody School of Medicine and provided legal representation to healthcare clients at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey. Early career roles included consulting for Ernst & Young LLP and working as a registered nurse at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Joan Kavuru holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University.
