Natalie Eckler is a Senior Strategy Manager at TELUS Digital, where the Service Design team focuses on solving business challenges and enhancing customer interactions. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of the Access to Success Organization, Natalie supports assistive technology development for future leaders with disabilities. Prior experience includes Senior Consultant and Consultant roles in Human Capital at Deloitte, where data-driven people solutions were provided for organizational transformation, and as Consulting Lead for Behavioural Insights at BEAR, specializing in behavioral change in organizations. Notably, Natalie served as Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief at Canadian House & Home Magazine and Project Assistant in Market Research at Rogers Publishing Ltd. Natalie holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Queen's University.
