Sandra has a diverse background in health education, program management, and voice-over artistry. Currently, Sandra works at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in a benefits role while also operating Sandra Martial Voice Over LLC, providing voice services for various projects. Previous experience includes serving as a program manager at AccessMatters.Org and as a Health Educator III at Inova Health System, where quality training in Basic Life Support and CPR was delivered. Additional roles span health promotions with L&T Health and Fitness, public health internship at Arlington County Public Health Division, and military service with the US Army. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Master's degree in Public Health from Walden University, complemented by voice-over training from Such A Voice.

AccessMatters innovates, develops, implements, and evaluates programs to serve teens and adults in need. Serving individuals from low-income families, resource-poor communities, and historically marginalized populations is a high priority for AccessMatters. Through its unique abilities to engage and empower even the most underserved populations, AcesssMatters is closing the gap between those with access to sexual and reproductive health and those without.
