Jill Hardies

Jill Hardies has extensive work experience in the financial and investment sector. Jill is currently the Director of Financial Planning & Strategy at AccessOne, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Private Equity Senior Associate at Frontier Capital from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating deals, conducting financial analysis, and performing due diligence. Before Frontier Capital, Jill worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at BlackArch Partners from 2017 to 2019 and as a Summer Financial Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016.

Jill Hardies attended Hinsdale Central High School from 2009 to 2013, but did not attain a specific degree or field of study there. Following high school, they enrolled at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from 2013 to 2017. Their studies at UNC Kenan-Flagler focused on Business Administration and Management, with an emphasis on Investment Banking and Multi-National Finance.
