Russell A. Salton

Russell A. Salton is currently the Chairman at AccessOne. Russell has previous experience as the Medical Director and Family Physician at Aetna US Healthcare from March 1995 to January 2000. Russell then became the owner and CEO of AccessOne MedCard, Inc. which creates medical credit cards for its hospital clients. Prior to that, they were co-owner of a managed care company called Primary PhysicianCare for 5 years after leaving private practice in 1990.
