Tomas Hanacek has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Tomas began their career as a Financial Analyst at Raiffeisenbank CZ in 2001 and later transitioned to a role as an Investment Analyst for real estate capital markets at Jones Lang LaSalle. In 2007, they joined CzechInvest where they served as the Director of the Investment Projects Management Department, overseeing strategic investment projects and implementing new strategies. Tomas then moved to Ceska sporitelna in 2011, where they focused on financing innovation projects and managing a debt financing program for start-ups. In 2016, Tomas co-founded Zalep.to, an online platform that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to sell their invoices to a network of investors, improving cash flow and creating growth opportunities. Tomas also worked as a Project Manager at Creative Dock during the same year. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development and Capital Raising at Accolade Group, where they are involved in creating a European portfolio of environmentally-friendly industrial parks and appraising assets for investors. Overall, Tomas's work experience highlights their expertise in finance, investment, innovation financing, and business development.
