Ann Nguyen

Ann Nguyen is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Accolade, Inc., Ann previously held multiple leadership roles at PlushCare, including Head of Support and Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing remote care teams and maintaining high patient satisfaction. Ann co-founded SafeSpace, a project aimed at addressing mental health issues on the UC Berkeley campus, demonstrating skills in marketing and project management. Additionally, Ann contributed to academia as a Teacher’s Assistant at UC Berkeley's School of Public Health and gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
