Antonietta Varlese

Antonietta Varlese serves as the Senior Vice President for Americas, overseeing Communications, Sustainability, and Institutional Relations for Accor since 2008. In this role, Antonietta supports the ESG Group strategy to promote sustainable travel and environmental values across the Americas. Prior positions at Accor included leading communications and sustainability efforts in South America and managing corporate communications for Latin America. Earlier experience includes roles in global communications strategy at British American Tobacco and internal communications at Citibank. Antonietta holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and an MBA in Marketing, alongside multiple certifications and coursework from prestigious institutions, including The Wharton School and Harvard Business School.
