Kokilavani Sanmugam has a diverse work experience history. Later that year, they joined Accord Infocom Solutions Sdn Bhd as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for acquiring and managing IT services and products. In 2013, they were promoted to Manager - Talent Acquisition at the same company. Following their tenure at Accord Infocom Solutions, Sanmugam joined Accord Innovations Sdn Bhd in 2016 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they collaborated with government agencies and businesses to develop and implement technology solutions. Kokilavani Sanmugam completed their secondary education in Economics at SMK AMBROSE Ayer Tawar, Perak from 2000 to 2006. KOKILAVANI then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they continued their studies in Linguistics by obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, from 2010 to 2013.
