Raju Karri has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Raju started their professional journey as a Jr Electrical Testing Engineer at Elettromil India Pvt Ltd in August 2016, where they carried out routine and type tests on the company's products according to industry standards. In August 2017, they joined FABIT CORP as a Sr Resource Coordinator, gaining experience in marketing bench consultants, interacting with bench candidates, and successfully placing them in projects. Raju demonstrated excellent negotiation skills and managed the full sales cycle, from submitting consultants to closing deals. In November 2020, Raju became a Technical Recruiter at YIot softech inc, where they played a crucial role in recruiting technical talent for the company. With their time there ending in November 2022, they joined Accord Innovations in November 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to the company's talent acquisition efforts.
Raju Karri attended Z.P. School Viyyampeta from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their SSC degree. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Vagdevi Jr College, specializing in Mathematics and Science for their Intermediate degree. Finally, from 2011 to 2015, Raju attended Miracle Educational Society Group of Institutions and pursued a B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
