Dr. Meaghan Thumath is the Executive Director of Strategy, Planning & Evaluation at the Ministry of Health for the Government of British Columbia. Dr. Meaghan also serves as an IPC Officer for the World Health Emergencies Programme at the World Health Organization. In addition, Dr. Meaghan holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia and works as a Public Health Delegate for the Canadian Red Cross. Dr. Thumath has extensive experience in public health, emergency response, and program evaluation, and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Policy and Intervention from the University of Oxford.
