Halley Burd

Halley Burd is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources ANZ at Accruent since February 2023, focusing on people-related initiatives in the Australia and New Zealand region and collaborating with the global team. Halley played a key role in the integration of RedEye, which was acquired by Accruent in December 2023, after serving as the Head of People and Culture at RedEye. Previous experience includes positions as People and Culture Manager and Lead at Swyftx, HR Projects and Senior Recruiter at Clipchamp, and various talent acquisition roles at Red Hat and Orion Health. Halley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Education from UC San Diego and an Advanced Diploma in Management (HR).
