Mindy Bainbridge

Mindy Bainbridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, onboarding, and project management within the software industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Training, Onboarding and Special Projects at Accruent since September 2017, Mindy developed a comprehensive training program for new hires and advanced training for existing staff. Prior to this role, Mindy was the Vice President of Professional Services at EMS Software, where responsibilities included driving customer adoption and expansion for a suite of workplace management solutions until the company was acquired by Accruent. Mindy's career also includes progressive roles at EMS Software by DEA, where leadership in software implementation and training was key, and earlier positions in catering sales and event coordination. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University.
