Andrew Fletcher

Andrew Fletcher MD, MBA, CPE, CHCQM, FCAP is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in laboratory stewardship and consultative services. Currently serving as the Medical Director of Laboratory Stewardship at ACCUMEN Inc. and owning a consulting firm, eutilogic consulting, Andrew has previously held significant roles such as ARUP Physician Advisor and Medical Director Consultative Services at ARUP Laboratories and various leadership positions at Mountain States Health Alliance, including AVP Resource Management and Corporate Physician Advisor. As a Full Partner at Watauga Pathology Associates, Andrew contributed as Director of Cytopathology and Chief of Pathology. Andrew's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Mercer University, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and specialized training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from the University of Florida, complemented by a Fellowship in Cytopathology.
