Paula Darbeau

Paula Darbeau, SPHR, serves as the Director of Talent Management at Accupac since January 2023, where responsibilities include leading initiatives in performance management, organizational design, learning and development, employee recognition, and DEIB. Previously, at PENN Entertainment, Inc., Paula was the Director of Talent Development from October 2021 to January 2023, overseeing a remote team to create enterprise-wide talent development solutions, including programs focused on emerging leaders and DEIB training. With a strong background at American Water, Paula held multiple roles from March 2016 to October 2021, culminating as the Director of Leadership and Organization Development, managing leadership programs and talent reviews. Earlier experience includes roles at Deloitte, the City of Philadelphia, and Marriott International, all contributing to expertise in organizational development. Paula is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University after earning an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University.
